Kiron is a centaur that resides on New Olympus. He works for Taurus as a member of the New Olympus Security Force. Like most of the inhabitants of New Olympus, Kiron is not sympathetic towards humans.
Mythology[]
In Greek Mythology, Chiron is a centaur who was the son of Cronus. He resided on Mount Pelion where he trained some of Greece's heroes during their youth like Achilles, Ajax the Lesser, Asclepius, Heracles, Jason, Perseus, and Theseus. He came to a tragic end when Hercules accidentally shot him with poisoned arrows; he was immortal, so he couldn't die, but was left in unbearable agony. The Olympians took pity on Chiron and put him out of his misery, placing his spirit among the stars; this later became the constellation Sagittarius.
