The Gargoyle Task Force, sometimes abbreviated GTF, is a special division in the 23rd Precinct whose primary goal is to ensure public safety concerning the gargoyles living in Manhattan.
History
Matt Bluestone was appointed chief of the Gargoyle Task Force, which was formed after the destruction of the clock tower above the 23rd Precinct. The GTF surrounded St. Damien's Cathedral during the battle between the Hunters and the Manhattan Clan. They were forced into action when it became clear that the crowds of citizens would have rioted, given further inaction. Fortunately for the Manhattan clan, David Xanatos managed to save them before the task force could have injured or killed them.[1]
The Gargoyle Task Force remains operational, but Matt Bluestone leads it with a level head, in fact, Matt is secretly using the task force to protect the gargoyles.[2]
